On this page I'm describing the philosophy behind my approach to therapy. If you want to know about my training and experience go to the About Anna page.
The Treatments page will take you to information on shiatsu, hypnosis and NLP and the Yoga page leads to simple descriptions of the various aspects of yoga.

Yoga, yoga therapy, bodywork, shiatsu, NLP and hypnosis combine therapy for the body and the mind - both as treatment and, ultimately, as tools and techniques you can learn for yourself. Thus the sessions are something of a journey of exploration that we undertake together, discovering what works best for you as a unique individual. Together we compile a customised routine, a wellbeing 'toolkit', which you will then have for the rest of your life.
